BAILEY'S BIRTHDAY

So my little baby girl is now two. I can't believe it. It just goes by way too fast. She acts so big and thinks she can do everything by herself. She had a very good birthday and had two days to celebrate. One night with my family and the other with Paul's family. It was great!
Grandma Karla made her a birthday cake, she loved it. She ate a ton of it, I thought she was going to be sick.




I made her a barbie cake and that was fun until I pulled the barbie out. It scared her.

Montana was great!

We had alot of fun sledding and being together. We spent five days there for a conference that Paul had to go to. It was beautiful!

Swimming

We have spent a lot of time at the pool. Bailey loves it.

New Years!

New Years Eve was great! We went to my sister Kendra's house to party! Yes I got covered in silly string and wasn't happy about it! Plus I couldn't get the lid off of mine to fight back! I shouldn't complain, Nate got alot more of it than I did.

This is the party clan. I was sad Chad and Nat weren't there. We missed them.My favorite part about the party is the food! We bring the chocolate fountain every year and it is a hit! Bailey just liked gettting the fruit on the tooth picks.

Christmas break with the Fam

Christmas break was very nice. Paul didn't have to work since he teaches school now so that was great! Both of my brothers and their families were in town! Samara and Bailey got in the hot tub with grandma (grandma wouldn't let me take a picture of her). Bailey thought the sun was just too bright so she needed her sunglasses. We brought snow in for them to play with and Bailey couldn't figure out why it kept melting!We spent the day at my sister Kendra's house. Samara, Bailey and Maddy finally decided that they could maybe play together!

Sorry this is upside dowm, I don't know how to change it. We went sledding and I thought Bailey would be terrified, but she loved it!

Christmas I know I am a little late!

Christmas was wonderful! I didn't have to work this year! We spent Christmas Eve at Paul's parents and had a candle light dinner with them.

We got a new camera so that has been fun to play with. I can't believe how out of date technology can be. Our camera was 5 years old and it was time to retire.
So this is how it is at my moms house every year. Yes it is a little crazy, but I love it. All of the little girls got stuffed horses from Nettie and Sage and Bailey loves hers.

Bailey got a kitchen set! It was so fun to see her face when she saw it. She is such a perfectionist so she gets very upset when the pizza wont stay on the plate, or the microwave won't close. She seriously needs anger managment classes haha! I love this time of year!

CHOCOLATE!

So my lovely weekend off after Thanksgiving was an eventful one. Paul and I thought we would enjoy a fun day shopping, but after Bailey spilled her smoothie all over her and the carseat (where we had to walk into Sears and buy a new pair of pants,) then peed out of her diaper and ruined those pants, we finally headed home!

We had a very busy day getting our Christmas tree as well as going to Veva's baby shower. Val gave us some yummy mini chocolate muffins which Paul decided to give to Bailey on our way home from a very busy long day. It was finally quiet back there so Paul and I both silently decided not to look in the back seat all the way home from Ogden. After we pulled in the garage we had to look. Bailey had eating both muffins and had then quickly fallen asleep with chocolate all over her face and body. We were laughing so hard I thought she was going to wake up, but nope. So Paul grabbed the camera. He quickly wiped her face off and put her in bed so as you can imagine she was quite a sight too when she woke up the next morning. What would we do with out chocolate??
